Order Policies

Order Processing Time

  • After placing your order, please allow us 3-4 business days to process and pack your order (Monday - Friday excluding weekends and/or holidays) 
  • Orders received after 3 pm will be processed the next business day

Lost / Damaged Order

  • Please get in touch with us if you believe your parcel has been lost. We are happy to resend your items but first we will require your cooperation to submit a simple claim ticket with Canada Post verifying that you did not receive your parcel.
  • For damaged orders, simply take a photo and email it to us with a description of the damages

Editing / Adding Onto An Order

  • We will do our best to accommodate any requested edits or additions to your order. This can be done anytime up until you receive an order fulfillment notification. After placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible if you require an edit or addition

SHIPPING - Canada

  • We offer $8 flat rate shipping Canada-wide for orders $70-$119.99
  • Free shipping across Canada on orders $120 + up
  • Shipping is serviced by Canada Post via expedited parcel (3-7 business days)
  • You will see a shipping quote prior to check out 
  • All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when your order ships

LOCAL ORDERS - Annapolis Valley, NS

  • For local orders we offer Free Pick up in New Minas, Nova Scotia
  • The pick-up address and information is provided to you by email after we have finished processing your order and it is ready for pick-up
  • After receiving your 'order is ready for pick-up' notification, you can come by anytime at your convenience and find your order labeled with your name in our pick-up box (it is kept cool during hot summer months)
