Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) can help to reduce minor aches and pains, soothe aching muscles and reduce swelling

Sea Salt (Sodium Chloride) is anti-bacterial and adds minerals and nutrients to bath water

Coconut Milk (Cocos nucifera) aids in relieving dryness and irritation by hydrating and cooling the skin

Colloidal Oats (Avena sativa) have been used for centuries to soothe itchy and irritated skin and to lock-in moisture 

White Clay(Kaolin) has anti-inflammatory properties which can help to calm redness and irritation

Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt), Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda), Maranta Arundinacea (Arrowroot) Root Extract, Kaolin (White Clay), Colloidal Oatmeal, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Milk Powder, Citrus Aurantium (Neroli) Flower Oil, Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli) Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Blood Orange) Peel Oil, Juniperus communis (Juniper) Fruit Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Leaf/Twig Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Peel Oil

Add between 1/2 - 1 cup salts (or as much as desired) to warm running water. Agitate water if necessary to help dissolve salts. Sit back and breathe deeply
